Bunga KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) dalam empat bulan ke depan masih bisa turun seiring dengan semakin membaiknya iklim ekonomi setelah Pemilihan Presiden.

"Bahkan tidak tertutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa bulan mendatang tingkat bunga KPR bisa menyentuh 10 persen," kata Direktur Utama Bank Tabungan Negara Iqbal Latanro di Jakarta, Senin malam, usai menghadiri acara buka bersama dengan Persatuan Perusahaan Realestat Indonesia (REI).

Ia mengungkapkan, indikator penurunan bunga KPR itu dapat dilihat dari biaya dana (cost of fund) terutama bunga deposito yang mulai turun dalam sebulan terakhir sehingga bank dengan mudah menyesuaikan bunga kreditnya.

Iqbal mengatakan, BTN berhasil menekan tingkat bunga KPR menjadi 12,5 persen atau turun satu persen, sehingga ke depannya diyakini masih mampu untuk turun lagi bahkan bisa 10 persen.
